Bluffs of Jupiter, Florida

My 3 favorite things about living at the Bluffs of Jupiter: 1) Location - the Bluffs has the Atlantic Ocean on the east side of the development and the Intracoastal waterway on the west side, 2) Low HOA Fees - most subdivisions have a relatively low maintenance fee - some even below $200/month AND 3) Pet Friendly - with a dog-friendly beach to the east and a dog park within the community, the Bluffs is a great community for dog lovers.
